Whether it is a space to practise from, teach from, record from or even livestream from we've created the perfect space for everyone to be able to use. Our Yamaha grand and Kawai upright are tuned and maintained regularly so you are getting the most out of our space.

Below you'll find our hire rates as well as info on how to book and please do not hesitate to get in touch if you'd like a tour of the space to see what the space offers before you book.

Please note that when booking our space we take full payments in advance and we will only refund a session if we are given at least 48 hours notice. Space must be left as you found it and pianos must not be sat on or climbed on top of. If a booking is made less than a week in advance we cannot guarantee a freshly tuned piano; we do get the pianos tuned regularly and for an additional fee we can arrange for a tuning on the day or day prior to your booking.
